Cancellation by the Client

  • Clients may request a cancellation before the project work has commenced.
  • If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, it will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
  • Once the project has started, including planning, layout design, or any form of execution, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Services cannot be initiated due to unavoidable operational reasons from our side

Non‑Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Work has already commenced on the project
  • Partial work, design drafts, or layouts have been shared
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or content submission
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Services delivered as per the agreed scope

Due to the customised nature of our services, completed or partially completed work is non‑refundable.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
  • Transaction fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount

Modifications to Services

In some cases, instead of a refund, Wepixo may offer:

  • Adjustment of project scope
  • Timeline modifications
  • Credit toward future services

Such decisions are made at our discretion and discussed with the client transparently.


Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to communicate openly with us if there are any concerns regarding services. Most issues can be resolved through discussion and clarification.

In case of any dispute, Wepixo reserves the right to review all project communications, work submissions, and agreements before making a final decision.
