Once delivery is completed, the service is deemed fulfilled.


Incorrect or Failed Delivery

If a client experiences issues accessing files or deliverables:

  • The client must notify Wepixo within a reasonable time
  • We will make every effort to re‑share or correct delivery issues promptly

Wepixo is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses, access limitations on the client’s side, or third‑party platform restrictions.


No Physical Shipping

Wepixo does not ship any physical products. Therefore:

  • No shipping charges apply
  • No tracking numbers are generated
  • No courier or postal services are used
